Hampshire Holiday Parks - Queenstown Lakeview

The location is quite convenient for accessing the town, but be prepared for a bit of a workout with the steep paths. Despite that, we loved the stylish interior of our room, and the cozy beds made for a comfortable stay. The views from our outdoor space were beautiful, and I appreciated how easy it was to swap out towels at reception. It was a great spot for a summer vacation with the kids, especially being so close to attractions like the Skyline and G Force Paragliding.

It was a very very good stay in winter. The staff were really helpful and knowledgeable at all times. Our studio was decent size, with a comfortable bed. We greatly enjoyed having a bath. The hotel had an absolutely perfect location not very far from a miniature golf course.

the flat was neat with balcony, so that guests had essentials. a shower, a hair dryer, and bath sheets were a plus.

Some of the staff were not that friendly.

Room was cozy and clean, but we needed better hot water.

The staff were fantastic and helpful and were great with my son when he had problems with internet wifi acesss.

Hampshire Holiday Parks, Queenstown Lakeview offers a clean and spacious studio room with excellent heating. The location is just a short five-minute walk from the town center, which makes exploring the area convenient. The friendly reception staff assisted with bookings for various trips, and the outdoor space provided lovely views. The shared kitchen was large and well-equipped, perfect for meal prep .

The shower fluctuated in temperature and pressure.

On our third night we had some rowdy newcomers underneath where our apartment was. I did mention it to the staff and the next night it was not an issue. We found the frying pan useless, but the electric frying pan was great.My suggestion would be not to bother with non stick frying pans but just replace them with solid stainless steel ones. The ones you have are only good for tennis....(my attempt of being funny)

No sink, cutlery or plates, microwave or element, No milk, we stayed here last April in the room 3 doors along and got all of this, also no couch to sit on.

This place suits me perfectly! It provides free Wi-Fi, luggage storage, and a great laundry facility. The staff were helpful when they assisted me with printing my tickets during my first stay. I'll definitely be back this year!

Views and excellent location:)

It is in a beautiful setting and certainly has very attractive buildings for a holiday park. Its location is very convenient. Comfortable rooms and very good facilities - particularly kitchen.

Staff are not particularly interested in detail. They are friendly but condescending and it took me a while to get them to understand that a few things that weren't working were not due to my user error (such as the in-house movie channel not working on the tv in my room). Also, they incorrectly coded my cancellation as a "no show", causing me much hassle to sort this out, and they seem to assume everyone has come across the idea of a key for your own cupboard in the kitchen and don't explain this very well (I have stayed in many holiday parks and never come across this system). English as a second language possibly contributes to this issue (glad to see you hiring young travellers from overseas but you should be aware that cultural differences and language issues will result - especially with Kiwi travellers who don't appreciate being talked down to).

The atmosphere of the hotel is special. The rooms are neat and functional with great views and garden view at the back, as for instance and the staff are exceptionally nice! It offers excellent service.
